Birth Doula Package
Our most popular package, mainly because it’s so well-rounded! This package contains a good amount of prenatal, birth, and postpartum support.

Visits lasts about two hours each and we talk about things such as birth wishes, health history, comfort measures, and the plan for postpartum.

Stretch marks are partially genetic, partially preventable. This body butter, made with organic ingredients, is formulated to keep the skin moisturized while reducing or preventing the appearance of stretch marks. It’s also multipurpose with the option to use it head to toe and even on baby!

We have created a birth plan template that contains several things to consider for your birth and immediate postpartum experience. It details everything from how you’d like to labor to what procedures you plan on having for your baby.
Hospital protocol does NOT have to infringe upon your birth rights and it’s important to us that you are aware and equipped to navigate that environment.

We know pregnancy and postpartum can bring up lots of questions, maybe even some concerns. We want to be there for you every step of the way.

Each trimester has its own loose leaf herbal tea blend to support the changes happening.

At 37 weeks mamas reach full term, this means we enter the on-call period from then until your sweet baby makes it earth side.
And don’t worry, should labor happen before then for any reason, we’ll still be there to support you!

Starting as early as 3 days postpartum (or 2 weeks postpartum for c-section births) we will provide you with the material and wrap your abdomen to help your organs back into proper place and promote faster healing.

A meal prepared by Bri for the immediate family (mom, dad, and any littles present). Usually including a protein, veggie, and carb. This can be in any form and two of the most popular meals are salmon, veggies, and rice or cajun chicken pasta with the sauce made from scratch!
Postpartum Package
The goal of this package is to provide substantial support to families during the postpartum period. It allows for visits a few times a week to ensure a smooth transition whether it be the first kiddo or the fifth!

This package was built to provide support about 3 times a week for the first 6 weeks, but is flexible with how you choose to split the hours. Quite honestly support looks different for each family. Some things we may do during postpartum visits include: revisiting and talking through feelings about the birth, meal support with items in the home, light household chores, caring for baby while mom does self-care or parents spend some alone time or time with other littles, helping other littles adjust to the change, and much more.

Virtual support is a good option for families who have maxed out the amount of visitors available in a hospital setting.
